This Session is completely recorded for you to keep forever, you can replay it as many times as needed. The long distance Reiki sessions are just as magical, as in person sessions. I am able to fully guide you and support you through this entire relaxing experience in the comfort of your own space. I bring all my magic, healing tools and our spiritual team onto this zoom call, in a style never done by anyone. I use a balanced mix of clinical hypnosis therapy, Reiki, sound healing, and my iintuitibe healing ability to fully engage my clients to create some lasting alchemy and transformation at a quantum level. Yes you also receive a sound bath using a Crystal singing bowl and a 528 hz tuning fork, plus a psychic reading of your energy.

In Person Usui Reiki and a Reading Session

Take a Reiki Nap, while receiving the ultimate self care experience. Feel the power of Reiki like none other, along side a sound bath using a crystal singing bowl at a special vibration, also using 528 hz tuning fork, to allow for deep healing and transmutation to take place, completely rejuvenating and relaxing the body and energy. Laying on a massage table, fully clothed, and snuggled under a cozy blanket, Elianna is a certified Reiki Master Teacher, her skills and teachings allow her to go deep into quantum healing. Using various healing techniques on top of her Reiki to enhance her clients experience, all while her oracle abilities allow her to tap into and relay any divine messages, plus an entire reading of your energetic Chakras and energy body after the session.

Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key)

Reiki Is a highly respected, safe and ancient Japanese technique used to promote healing, Relaxation and stress reduction reactions, in mind, body and soul. The word comes from the Japanese word (Reí) which means “universal life” and (ki) which means “Energy”. It does not come from any form of religion or religious practice, but rather, the theory is based on the idea that we all have unseen “life force” within us that keeps us alive. If this life force is low or full of negativity we are more likely to feel stressed or get sick. When your life force is high and positive, you are more likely to feel happy, balanced and overall feelings of wellbeing, therefore Reiki is meant to treat the whole mind, body and soul.

All living things are made up of energy! This universal energy goes by many names; Ki, Chi, Prana, Mana, Soul, Life Force. Science has confirmed the presence of this energy using tools such as; Kirlian Photography to capture visual print. With this understanding, many disciplines have been developed to assist in cultivating and balancing this energy. Reiki, Qi Gong, Tai Chi, Meditation, Yoga and Feng Shui are just a few of the many ways individuals can enhance the flow of this energy. Reiki is used as a tool to connect one to what is truly needed for their healing, mental and spiritual growth.
Although spiritual in Nature, Reiki is not a Spiritual belief system and in no way contradicts any individuals belief system. It is a beautifully subtle and gentle transfer of energies that increases the body's ability to heal physical and emotional imbalance, also open the mind and spirit to love, connection and harmony. The energy offered through a healing session is a universal life force energy and not the energy of the practitioner, this universal life force energy then fills the body of the receiver channeled through the practitioner leaving both feeling whole, energized and fulfilled.

How it Works;

Our bodies are energetic in nature. Our bones resonate at lower frequencies, while our blood, thoughts etc. vibrate at a higher frequencies. This magnetic pulse is known as a bio magnetic field. In eastern traditions, this pulse is also known as Ki or prana. Interestingly, when a practitioner is performing a healing session, the energy that emanates from their hands has a significantly larger biomagnetic reading (7-10hz -Theta and Alpha range) then a non-practitioner. These frequencies are associated with physical healing. Although traditionally used as a healing system, it is also extremely effective as a way to help an one increase awareness, insight, wisdom and personal growth.

Reiki may help recipients to relax, receive clarity and energy. Proven to help relieve an individuals physical pain, accelerate natural healing and prevention of progress for disease. Reiki also has the potential to detoxify the body, dissolve energy blockages and release emotional baggage. As Reiki increases the vibrational frequency of the body, this helps to easily change negative conditioning, patterns-behaviour for the Receiver. Some common observations and feedback from Receivers include; feelings of contentment and peace, decrease in feeling stressed, fear and anxiety reduction and in some cases elimination of physical illness. (Again these are shared from Receivers not actual ‘cures’ as those belong to the medical establishment). Everyone’s experience is unique to them, and varies between individuals.

During an in person Usui Reiki session;

The receiver would be asked to lay on the massage table fully clothed, and the practitioner will proceed to tuck them in, allowing the receiver to feel cozy and secure, NOTE: all watches, electronics and shoes are asked to be taken off before getting onto the table. As well as proper and sanitary hygiene must be exercised, or the practitioner may refuse service. The practitioner would then place their hands on or just above corresponding areas of the receivers body/ energetic body. The practitioner conducts universal life force energy from their crowns and out through their hands where it flows into the receivers body/energetic body. The practitioner continues to cleanse, clear, balance and recharge the receiver utilizing Intention, Spirit and intuition as the ultimate guide. Elianna will be your Reiki practitioner, she will ensure you are safe, and in a protected and secure space, all sessions are confidential. She also keeps a confidential file on her reiki clients (both in person and online) to track a clients energetic and spiritual growth, so her clients can see first hand what they can and will do to take control of their energy and keep themselves in alignment. Her energy readings and spiritual coaching offered at the end of the session provide major and life changing growth from the sessions.

During a Distance Usui Reiki Session;

A practitioner channels healing energy (universal life force) to the receiver. The results of a long distance session and an in person session are the same as the universal life force energy is not limited by time or space. The receiver doesn’t need to be doing anything in particular they can go about their day or night and still receive their healing, they just must be open to receiving. As mentioned before the practitioner does not rely on their own personal energy, rather they are conduits for focusing the energy from the universal life force energy abundantly around them. In an in person and long distance reiki session, the energy drawn in by the receiver is done so through the practitioner. The energy will go where it is needed! Where intention goes, Reiki flows. All Long Distance Sessions are done Online via zoom and recorded for you to keep, you receive a private link via email after your session, provide 48 hours. The long distance Reiki sessions are just as magical, as in person. Elianna is able to fully guide you and support all in the comfort of your space.
