In-Studio Group Nervous System Regulation (90 minutes)
Guided Relaxation + Sound Bath is The Higher Oracle’s signature in-studio nervous system regulation experience. This is a calm, trauma-informed group offering designed to support deep rest, grounding, clarity, and energetic renewal in an intimate setting.
Each session blends breath-led guided relaxation, hypnosis-informed language, crystal sound bowls, Reiki energy healing, and quiet integration to help you return to yourself.
Sessions are curated in alignment with the new and full moon. A brief lunar reflection is shared at the beginning as supportive context for intention, release, clarity, or renewal.
This offering is beginner-friendly. No meditation experience required.
Arrival + Opening (first 15 minutes)
You’ll settle in, choose an optional card pull, and enjoy a cup of tea.
Guided Immersion
Breathwork → guided meditation → hypnosis-style relaxation induction → sound bath + Reiki → quiet integration
Closing
Gentle return, reflection, and optional card insight.

Please arrive on time. Doors lock 15 minutes after the scheduled start time to protect the integrity of the session. Late entry is not permitted.
Your $40 fee may be applied once as credit toward a future 1:1 Nervous System Regulation or Reiki Session (including Reiki + Reading) when your appointment is booked within 14 days of attending.
Credits are non-transferable and may be used once.
Community/support-worker pricing is available by inquiry (support workers, agencies, and participants attending with youth or support clients).
