Reiki Master Teacher is for practitioners called to teach Reiki and certify others. This is a leadership-level training rooted in integrity , trauma-aware facilitation, and the responsibility of transmitting Reiki with precision, professionalism, and care.
This training is both sacred and serious. It is designed to create confident Reiki teachers who can hold trainings with structure, consent, clarity, and depth.
Lineage is honoured and transparent. Elianna’s Reiki lineage is available for review. Your complete lineage documentation is conferred upon completion of this level.
Reiki is taught as a complementary wellness approach. Training is educational and non-diagnostic, and it does not replace medical or mental health care.
This level is for you if:
You have completed Usui Reiki level two and/or Advanced Reiki Training (ART) and have been practicing consistently
You feel called to teach Reiki and certify students with integrity

Class facilitation, group dynamics, and psychological safety
Trauma-aware teaching and inclusive practice
Record keeping, certificates, and documentation standards
Teacher resources, pricing guidance, and sustainable practice mentorship
After completing this certification, you will be a Usui Reiki Master Teacher and be prepared to carry this as both a practice and a lifestyle.
You will be able to:
Teach and facilitate Reiki trainings with clarity, confidence, and professional structure
Hold safe group containers using consent-based, trauma-aware facilitation standards
Perform and pass attunements with precision, integrity, and responsible pacing
Certify your own students as a Reiki Master Teacher (independent of The Higher Oracle)
Create and deliver your own Reiki classes, training experiences, and teaching flow
Establish your own Reiki brand, offerings, and business model in a way that aligns with your values
Maintain ethical scope, clean documentation, and strong practitioner standards as a leader in the Reiki community
Support student integration and aftercare so your teaching creates real embodied results
